Photo Gallery

On completion the site will have a library of over 260,000 photographs available and we would like to thank all our photographic contacts for the inclusion of their work on the site.

Many of the albums have been uploaded without any form of editing. With such a vast number it would have been impossible in the time available so we have taken the decision to publish albums unedited, but this is a process that will be conducted over the next two years and further forward until we have edited all the pictures on the site and all are as perfect as we can achieve.

At present (July 2018) we are doing a sweep of all the albums in an effort to get all the dates of photograph collections as accurate as possible. It is a pain staking job but we will continue to add improvements as we go along so please bear with us.

At present the newest collections are at the front whilst the various collections covering a long period appear at the very end of the collections.

It is also worth pointing out that cameras and photographic technology has improved tremendously over the last 15 years and the quality of the pictures will reflect those improvements.

Over the years, the club has built up good relationships with numerous photographers or agencies and we would point out that they still own the copyright of some of the photographs featured in our library and therefore cannot be reproduced without their permission.

Anybody that wishes to use any of our photographs to contact us for permission from whoever holds the copyright on that picture.

We would like to acknowledge the following photographers: Martin Baker, Paul A. Barrow, Nigel Andrews, Adrian Hopper, Mike Kunz, Len Copland, Pinnacle Photo Agency, Joe Meredith Photography for their co-operation in the gathering of this vast collection of pictures. In particular our thanks to Pinnacle Photo Agency and Phil Mingo for his help and assistance over the years he has been connected to Yeovil Town Football Club and in his ongoing role as Club photographer.

Inevitably there will be other sources where photographs have reached the club, and are featured, so if you hold the copyright on any pictures please contact us at ytfcarchive@gmail.com

In due course, we will be setting up an on-line shop to purchase pictures through, which we hope will benefit both the club and the photographers concerned.

Once again, we would invite anybody who has any photographic material that they think would be suitable for our archive to contact us on ytfcarchive@gmail.com.

As you will have noticed the site has been unobtainable for a long period. This has been due firstly the Covid emergancy and to other issues outside of our control.

I am glad to say that we have now gained control of the sight again and set about updating areas of the site that need attention.

However their are several matches in the Photo Gallery that we have been unable to obtain photos for and for this we apologise but circumstances beyond our control are preventing us from getting the missing pictures.

From the start of the 2024/2025 Season we hope to be able to update the siteon a weekly basis.
